Faith jumpstarted her fashion career through Instagram. In mid 2015, she started her journey of body positivity, self love and mental health awareness. Quickly, her life long love for fashion lead her to begin modeling. In September 2016 she got signed with Bicoastal MGMT and was able to begin her full time modeling career.

​

Faith works mainly in New York City, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia. Her work as a model, consists mostly of print campaigns, runway, and fit modeling. She has modeled for brands including Lane Bryant, Torrid, Macy's, Dia & Co, Universal Standard and many more. Her trailblazing career is so impactful because she never fit the "plus model" norm, being one of the first visibly tattooed size 3/4X models. Thankfully it is finally becoming more normal to see diverse body types and people in mainstream media.

She has been featured in dozens publications. People, NYLON, InStyle, Yahoo. Bustle, Huffington Post, Plus Model Mag, Refinery 29, Revelist are just some of the places Faith has been published. 

 

Faith has spoken on many panels about fashion, inclusivity, body positivity and mental health awareness. She always uses her platform and voice to connect with people, and shine a light.

Artist

​

Faith Costa is a New Jersey based artist who focuses on painting. Her art shop Faith Costa Original Artwork aims to create beauty and bring people joy through acrylic paintings on canvas, leather and more.  Faith is known for her iconic "Minis," which are miniature original acrylic paintings that capture the essence of a subject in a smaller, yet equally impactful, scale.  Landscapes, animals, flowers, portraits and even some darker themes are all subjects that shine through her work. 

 

Acrylic to oil paint, pen and ink to printmaking, Faith has never been pinpointed to only one specific medium and always enjoys custom commissioned work.

Faith also has a passion for mental health awareness. She uses her voice often on social media and participates in panel events and online campaigns to show support and share information about mental health awareness, women's health and more. Faith aims to create safe, inclusive spaces in all she does.
